CIVIL CEREMONY
Contrary to what you might think, a civil ceremony doesn't mean common law, a civil union or even a drive-through, Vegas-style affair. A civil ceremony is simply a non-religious; legal marriage ceremony presided over by a legal official instead of a religious one.
INTERFAITH
You're getting married and you and your partner's religious backgrounds are different. You may feel that the only way to have a wedding that brings harmony to you and your family is to forget your backgrounds and religions and just have a civil ceremony. That is not true. I will work with you to create a ceremony that is both spiritual and unique and incorporates the elements of your own heritage with the loveliest parts of your spouse’s traditions, whether they are Jewish, Christian, Buddhist or simple secular. Your wedding ceremony will bring two families closer together, making for a heartfelt, beautiful and unforgettable exchanging of vows and a magical memory to treasure forever.
SAME-SEX
I have long supported marriage equality, and I happily perform legal marriage ceremonies without regard to the gender or sex of the partners. I work with the couple to craft an appropriate ceremony that fits the way you want your wedding.

TRADITIONAL / RELIGIOUS
If you are an engaged couple who want a traditional religious weddings, but may have been married before or choose not to have the ceremony performed in church or synagogue, I will work with you personally tailor your wedding ceremony to be an expression of worship, reflecting joy, celebration, community, respect, dignity and love. A primary goal will be to give each guest a clear impression that you, as a couple, have made a solemn, eternal covenant with each other before God. Your wedding ceremony should be a testimony of your lives before God, demonstrating your Christian witness.
SPIRITUAL / NON-DENOMINATIONAL
Some couples who have no religious affiliation still earnestly seek a ceremony that expresses their promise of eternal love and happiness in a way unique to their relationship. Again I take time to understand the couple’s past, their relationship and plans for the future and create a beautiful spiritual ceremony that reflects their spirituality and love for one another.

RENEWAL OF VOWS
Simply put, a vow renewal is a way to celebrate a marriage. Many couples want to celebrate and reaffirm their love and commitment for one another by renewing their marriage vows, either privately or publicly, and by saying "I do" again. Perhaps you've made it to 10, 25 or 50 years together and you want the world to know that you'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Maybe you want to reaffirm your commitment to each other after a rough period in your relationship. There's no wrong reason to renew.
ELOPEMENT
Whether you're overwhelmed by the thought of planning a large-scale wedding or you're on a tight budget, eloping is the route to “I do" that many couples are taking these days. It can take the pressure away from the planning, issues and emotions regarding his family and your family, friends, the budget, picking the place, the guest list, and the disagreements and allows the couple to better enjoy the sentiment of the ceremony.
